This policy explains the return and refund options for purchases made through fenosruki.shop. The store is operated by Dorado Greenbriar Llc., trading as fenosruki.

30-Day Free Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your goods, including if you change your mind.

We pay return shipping by providing a prepaid label or arranging another return method at our expense. No restocking fee applies.

For change-of-mind returns, products should be unused, unworn, and complete with their accessories and tags. Please include original packaging where reasonably available. These conditions do not restrict remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.

Return Requests

Email louleono31078@outlook.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Giving a reason is optional for a change-of-mind return.

We will provide the correct return destination and free shipping instructions. Please dispatch the goods within 14 calendar days after receiving those instructions.

Contacting us helps us identify your purchase and arrange shipping. Prior authorization is not required to give a valid statutory cancellation notice.

Please obtain the return destination before mailing merchandise. Our business correspondence address is not a confirmed return facility.

Goods With a Problem

Contact us if an item arrives damaged, is incomplete, is faulty, or does not match your order or its description.

Describe the issue and provide photographs where available. Other reasonable evidence will also be considered.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy, including replacement or refund, and cover necessary return shipping. Mandatory legal remedies may continue beyond our voluntary 30-day return period.

Refund Amounts

For a full-order return, we refund the amount paid for the goods, applicable tax, and any original standard delivery charge.

For a partial return, we refund the amount paid for the returned products and their applicable tax. We do not retrospectively charge shipping because the retained order falls below our free-shipping threshold.

Refund Method and Timing

We normally issue approved refunds within 2 business days after receiving and assessing returned goods, subject to any earlier legal deadline.

Refunds go to the original payment method. Once issued, they generally appear in your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your refund has not appeared after that period, contact us for assistance. Payment-provider processing estimates do not extend mandatory refund deadlines.

Cancellations and Exchanges

Email us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch. If your order has already shipped, we will explain your return options.

For an exchange, contact us to discuss replacement availability and arrangements.

UK Consumer Cancellation Rights

For eligible online purchases, UK consumers may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery, then return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.

A statutory cancellation refund includes the purchase price and the least expensive standard delivery charge offered for the order. Premium delivery surcharges need not be refunded unless required by law.

We refund without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence of return, whichever occurs first, subject to applicable law. A lawful deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Our free return-shipping promise applies. Original packaging is not required to exercise statutory cancellation rights.
